Coursework programmes are administered by the Faculty of Life & Physical Sciences.  Application forms must be obtained from the faculty.   Applications close 1 December each year.

Mid-year commencements are also possible on application.  Mid-year entry students commence on the first day of second semester and conclude at the end of semester one the following year.

Students must make direct contact with the convenor of our Graduate coursework programmes Professor Neville Bruce or the School Administrative Officerprior to an application being lodged with the Faculty of Life & Physical Sciences

It should be noted that these programmes also attract a full local fee which can be obtained from the Faculty.

Application forms for research programmes can be obtained from the Graduate Research School web site.  There is no set closing date for higher degree research programmes and they can commence at any time of the year.  The only dates which attach themselves to these degrees are closing dates for scholarship applications.

All potential research students should make contact with an academic and received agreement regarding supervision of a graduate programme before a formal application is lodged.

Graduate Studies (International)

International students wishing to enrol for any of our graduate programmes, whether by coursework or research, must apply through the University's International Centre.

Information about scholarships is available from the International Center.
